Account Deletion

You can delete your droprace account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems.

Delete via the App (Recommended)

1. Open droprace and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

This removes your weight logs, challenge memberships, achievements, purchases, profile, and authentication data.

Delete via Email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to hello@droprace.app from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion”. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Weight logs and challenge data
• Achievement records
• Purchase history and entitlements
• Profile picture and display name
• Push notification tokens
• Analytics identifiers

Completed solo challenges may be retained in anonymized form (without personal identifiers) for historical leaderboard integrity.

What Does Not Get Deleted

• Anonymized usage data already collected by PostHog and Sentry cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.
